White and bronze in Girls Aloud

Kimberly Walsh and Nicola Roberts were band mates in the all girls group, Girls Aloud, but they had different preferences. They shared a joint holiday in Thailand. While Kimberly was tanned, Nicola remained as fair as milk. They were photographed together on their shopping trip in LA.
Nicola had spoken before on her pain at being the ugly duckling of Girls Aloud. She felt like the odd stranger when her skin was the whitest shade of pale, among the girls. However, she has shown that she preferred to keep herself un-tanned.
Kimberly has also spoken about her insecurities with her appearances. She said that she had to watch her weight closely because she put on weight easily. Who doesn’t?
