Northern Illinois University - A lecture hall had 140 students when Steven Kazmierczak barged in and opened fire on the occupants. He was a bright ex-student of the U.

Police said he was on meds but discontinued them & became erratic. Then the bizarre shootings happened on Valentine’s Day.
