Feb 17, 2008 Celebrity Crimes, Celebrity Gossip
Scion Jenkins has been tried 3 times for the murder of his foster daughter, Billie-Jo, 13. He was cleared 2 years ago and is a free man. Billie-Jo was battered to death on the patio of her home in Hastings, East Sussex in February 1997. The murder weapon was a heavy metal tent peg.
Elizabeth Jenkins, Bill Jenkins and Scion’s ex-wife Lois all believe that Scion was guilty of the murder. Scion, served 8 years of his prison term before his appeal was successful. Scion has his biography written. He is studying law for the miscarriage of justice and visits the prisons to help inmates.
Scion’s argument was that he wasted 8 years of his life in prison. He wants that book/memoirs as a sort of compensation to tell his trials.
Billie-Jo’s natural family think that he should not be allowed to profit from her death.
