Britney Spears’ Dad, Jamie Spears, is her legal conservator. He has the final say on who is allowed to see Britney. He has banned Adnan Ghalib from visiting and spending time with Britney. Britney emerged from a restaurant in LA and as she was seated in her car, she struggled to maintain her composure.
