Paul McCartney’s cunning lawyers

Paul McCartney’s leading lawyer, Fiona Shackleton, has played a good game with Heather Mills. They let her rant and rave to smoke her out to see what dirt she had on Paul. They now know the extent of what the public will know if the trail goes public and they are unafraid. Heather has nothing on Paul. They are not signing the deal for £55 million because they believe the judge will award Heather less money. It is a gamble that has nothing to lose but some millions to save.

This bears some resemblance to Oscar De La Hoya, who did not show up in court in the case against Milana Dravnel.
