Her trial is scheduled on April 1. Her judge allowed her to relocate from Arizona to Texas. Robert Ergonis, a man who was alleged to be involved in the kidnap/ torture/ robbery of Kumari’s ex-boyfriend, had been caught after a dramatic standoff with SWAT.

Justice says that all are innocent until proven guilty.
