A 49 year old man recorded his girlfriend and himself having sex and hoarded tons of the footage. His GF thought he used the cam to project their images onto a big screen for their personal feedback.

When he was tried, the Judge in Rome, Italy, said that he did not distribute the films and they were for his personal use so it was alright!
