Holly Willoughby turned the tables on her critics by wearing a dress with a high neckline this time. However, she did not keep herself covered up entirely. The joke was on her posterior view. Her back was almost entirely nude of clothing. If the dress line went any lower by a hairline, her crack would have been exposed.
