Heather Mills is broke but she wants to celebrate and ring in the New Year in style. There will be £15,000 value of fireworks in a special message that says “Happy New Year, love from Heather”.

The catering and alcohol will cost another £15,000. Each party invitation comes with a £20 remote control gadget to open the gates of her £3.2 million country house. She has her £2 million legal bill & £1.5 million overdraft. She thinks that starting a vegan chain of restaurants will bring her back into the black in accounting books.
