Girl, 15, charged with manslaughter for filming “happy slap” killing

The school girl claimed that she had no previous acquaintance of the assailants who battered Gavin Waterhouse, 29, but she helped them to video the beating anyway. If the prosecution wins, her manslaughter charge will lock her up for the rest of her life.
