Fatima Bhutto, the cousin of Bilawal Bhutto, has several fans sites that were established by dedicated fans. They favor her over the male heir apparent of Bhutto.

Fatima is a poet, writer and grassroots worker. She denied setting up accounts to stir controversy over PPP and its heir.
