Drunken people killed innocent victims and good Samaritans. Nick Baty’s daughter, Katy Baty, 12, pleaded for the end to violence. Her parents were already separated when her Dad was murdered by a gangster/bully as he stopped to help an injured victim on the road. The blame was on drugs, 24-hour drinking licence and police problems.

Khaleda Begum, 25, lived in the UK but her Muslim parents forced her to marry her Dad’s cousin, who was 20 years older than her. She said another girl cousin married a cousin and had a deformed babe who died. The doctor who attended the death said it could have been genetic mutation due to in-breeding. Well, kids born from incestuous relationships sometimes have severe mutations but sometimes came out normal.

The UK MP who brought up the problem of in-breeding is certainly right and not as outrageous as he was made out to be. Genetic mutations have been known for a long time.

The counter argument was that there should be no exceptions to the civil law. What if a non-Muslim was forcibly subjected to the Syariah law?
