Police have established the identity of the severed head. She was named as Jolanta Bledaite, 35, from Lithuania. She had been working as a casual laborer in Scotland for the past 2 years. She was identified as police matched the missing persons records around that area to the severed head. They went to her flat and found a bloodbath. Two men, aged 19 and 40, were arrested in connection to the case.
Police wish to speak to people who knew Jolanta Bledaite.

Police appealed for information on the possible missing persons that might be the identity of the head found on a beach at Arbroath, on Scotland’s east coast.
She was a European woman, age between 20-30s, pretty, shoulder length hair brunette and had died recently.The eyes were brown. Her complexion was fair and she had freckles across her cheekbones. Her face had a scar about one and half inch on her forehead. Her ears were not pierced.

Mark Dixie, 37, was convicted of killing teenager Sally Anne Bowman. He was also convicted of necrophilia. He and his legal team will appeal. he claimed that his past of assaulting a Jehovah’s Witness 20 years ago should never have been revealed because the jury became biased. UK citizens should be concerned because the appeal would cost taxpayers an estimated £75,000 / USD 150,000.
