Breaking news - First photo of Terry Caffey?

Terry Caffey is on the left.
This may be the same Terry Caffey that was shot in his head by his daughter, aged 16. Her name was withheld because she was below the legal age. Terry managed to crawl 300 yards to his neighbor’s son to seek help. He remains in hospital for now.
An internet search revealed one Terry Caffey, manager of Comanche Spring Ranch, that is a range for deer hunting. The owners are Joe and Nancy Green, of Comanche Spring Ranch. The photo is above. However, there is no information to confirm if he is the same Terry Caffey as the victim. An email inquiry sent to a listed address was undeliverable.
Penny Caffey, 37, and sons Mathew, 13, and Tyler, 8, were dead and their home was burned down to the ground. Police will investigate their deaths. It was unclear if they were murdered or died from the fire.
Four young people have been arrested. Charlie James Wilkinson, 19; Charles Allen Wade, 20; and Bobbi Gale Johnson, 18, all of Emory, were held at the Rains County jail. The Caffey daughter’s name could not be released. However, unofficial sites have named her as Erin Caffey.
This happened on Sat., March 1st, 2008, in the town of Emory/Alba. It is about 60 miles northeast of Dallas in Rains County, the second-smallest county in Texas.

A reader has commented that the man in the picture was not the same Terry Caffey as the man who was shot. Thanks for the help.

That is not Terry Caffey. I was working in the ER the morning he came in. You have the wrong photo.
